My Husband & I had a great day flyfishing with Scott, (owner of Walker Fly & Tackle). My husband Jay had never flyfished before. Scott was an excellent teacher. Patience, positive and generous with his knowledge on everything flyfishing. Jay caught two fish! and now has a good foundation in fly casting. Thank you Scott! We enjoyed getting to know you better. Jay and I are looking forward to more flyfishing adventures during our retirement 😀

Scott Moore was an excellent fly fishing guide for the East Walker area in particular - very knowledgeable of detailed aspects of fly fishing and quite experienced with the Eastern Slope in general. This guy’s also a superb communicator - inquisitive, patient, a good listener, flexible and yet able to discuss casting technique and strategy in simple, understandable terms. Importantly, Scott is a very positive individual and goes out of his way to assure a positive and fun experience which in my case felt very tailored to my own interests and experience level. Though I came with considerable fly fishing experience, Scott was able to help me develop a very comfortable roll casting technique that I’ll always have now when working in tight river conditions with obstructions. It was a great day on the water with Scott Moore, and I highly recommend his guide services for enthusiasts with all levels of experience.
